Verbal communication also called as oral communication. Using words to frame a sentence which is meaning full and to make understand others what you are speaking ,is your oral communication.

NVC is done through the body language.
the way you express, the way you behave, the way you sit,stand,lean and see matters in the Non verbal Communication.

Written Communication:
writing depends on the grammar. your grammatical skills should be good enough to present your writing skills.
